Community Terms at a Glance
- You own the content you post – we don't
- You can delete your content anytime
- We moderate for safety but don't sell your content
- You must be 16+ to use community features
- No harassment, spam, or illegal content allowed
Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to participate in community features (channels, posts, comments, reactions). Users under 16 can still use the app for booking classes and managing their account, but community features will be unavailable until they turn 16.
1. Content Ownership & License
1.1 Your Content, Your Ownership
When you post content (text, images, comments) in Flowtropy community channels, you retain full copyright and ownership of that content. We do not claim ownership of anything you create.
1.2 License You Grant Us
By posting content, you grant Flowtropy and your studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Display your content to authorized channel members
- Store and backup content on our infrastructure
- Moderate, review, and (if necessary) remove content
- Create thumbnails and previews of images
- Include content in anonymized analytics
1.3 What We Don't Do
- We do NOT transfer your ownership
- We do NOT use your content for advertising without consent
- We do NOT sell your content to third parties
- When you delete content, the license terminates
2. Community Guidelines
To keep our community safe and welcoming, the following content is prohibited:
Prohibited Content
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech
- Sexually explicit or NSFW content
- Content that infringes copyright or trademarks
- Spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation
- Personal information of others without consent
- Misinformation about health or safety
- Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
Violations may result in content removal, warnings, temporary muting, or permanent bans depending on severity. See our moderation policy for details.
3. Moderation Rights
To maintain community safety, we reserve the right to:
- Remove any content at our discretion
- Use AI-powered moderation to detect violations
- Allow studio administrators to enforce additional rules
- Suspend or ban users who repeatedly violate guidelines
- Cooperate with law enforcement when required

4. Your Rights
4.1 Delete Your Content
You can delete your posts and comments at any time. Deleted content is removed from all feeds immediately and permanently purged from our systems within 30 days.
4.2 Edit Your Content
Posts and comments can be edited within 60 minutes of creation. After the edit window closes, content cannot be modified (only deleted).
4.3 Export Your Data
You can request a full export of all content you've created. See our Privacy Policy for details on data portability.
4.4 Report Concerns
You can report inappropriate content or users using the report function within the app. Reports are reviewed by moderators within 24 hours.
5. Copyright Infringement
We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe content infringes your copyright, please see our DMCA Policy for instructions on filing a takedown request.
6. Disclaimer
User-generated content represents the views of the content creator, not Flowtropyor the studio. We do not verify the accuracy of user content and are not responsible for any harm arising from content posted by users.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other community members. Exercise caution and good judgment when sharing personal information.
